NYSEG Representatives to Connect with Customers in Ithaca Thursday
Company to take part in PULP event, answer billing questions

ITHACA, N.Y. — January 23, 2024 — New York State Electric & Gas (NYSEG) announced it will take part in the Utility Debt Relief open house hosted by the Public Utility Law Project (PULP) Thursday, January 25 at the Greater Ithaca Activities Center (GIAC). Customers can get help determining if they’re eligible for various debt relief options and connect with programs to help manage their energy bills this winter. NYSEG customer service representatives and advocates will connect with customers, answering billing questions and providing information on services the Company offers.

Customers are encouraged to bring their utility bill, a form of identification, along with proof of income if they have not yet applied for HEAP benefits.
