Small Business Direct Install Program

Interested business can enroll by contacting a program representative at 888.316.8023 or by emailing us at cienergysavings@franklinenergy.com. Applications must be submitted through our Online Application Portal. You can also ask your contractor to apply on your behalf! 

Participants of the Small Business Program may choose any installer they prefer or even self-install if capable. To find a qualified contractor near you, use our Find a Contractor tool to search for Trade Allies near you.  

The Small Business Rebate program offers flexible payment options. The rebate can be mailed to the utility customer on record, the installer, or a third party with the customer’s approval. When applying, indicate which option you prefer. The customer receives email confirmation regardless of who is paid and is always informed. 

Yes! The program is administered by Franklin Energy Services and they have Energy Advisors across the state who can walk you through the application process or work with contractors to submit the rebate application on your behalf. Yes, any project that saves energy is potentially eligible for a rebate. If your project includes technologies not included in the Small Business Rebate Catalog, your project may be eligible for a rebate through our Commercial and Industrial Rebate Program, which is administered by the same team.
