commercial and industrial rebate program

Rebate applications

We offer rebates from a preapproved list of measures that may coincide with your list of energy-efficient projects or upgrades you have planned for your building. Click on the links below to see if your projects qualify for any of our prescriptive rebates. If not, be sure to review our custom rebate program overview located toward the bottom of this page.

PLEASE NOTE: In response to market demand, LED linear tube measures employing line voltage (UL Type B) luminaries are now eligible for rebates under the custom rebate program if additional safety requirements are met. Please call us at 1.888.316.8023 for further details.

DesignLights Consortium (DLC) Technical Requirements Table (TRT) Update

On April 3, 2017, DLC de-listed products not meeting TRT 4.0/4.1. With this update, approximately 40% of products no longer meet DLC criteria.

For prescriptive lighting projects less than $10,000 not requiring pre-approval:

  • We are honoring the previous TRT 3.0/3.1 products through July 2, 2017. All projects utilizing equipment that has been de-listed must have all measures installed and final documentation submitted by July 2, 2017.
  • Effective July 3, 2017, all applications received are required to meet TRT 4.0/4.1, and must be listed on the most current DLC qualified list to be eligible for incentives.

For lighting projects requiring pre-approval:

  • Applications received on or before April 2, 2017, are grandfathered in as originally submitted and may comply with TRT 3.0/3.1.
  • Applications received on or after April 3, 2017, must comply with TRT 4.0/4.1

For more information, download the DLC Transition Guidance document.

Natural Gas Furnaces, Boilers and Controls: Rebates for installing condensing boilers, hydronic boilers, furnaces, steam boilers, controls and thermostats.
